ANVOB Members to Take on Sponsored Seven Bridges Walk Along the Thames
Members and friends of A New Vision of Britain CIC (ANVOB) will lace up their walking shoes this September for a sponsored 17-mile walk taking in seven of London's most iconic Thames crossings, raising funds to support the charity's ongoing nature-based photography, art, and community wellbeing programmes across the Epping Forest district. The walk starts and finishes at Tower Bridge, taking participants along the river to cross London Bridge, Southwark Bridge, the Millennium Bridge, Blackfriars Bridge, and Westminster Bridge, before turning back and re-crossing Tower Bridge to complete the route — seven bridge crossings in total, covering approximately 17 miles. The route takes in some of London's most magnificent sights along the way, so walkers are encouraged to bring a camera and capture the day. Beyond the fundraising, the walk is a great opportunity for members and friends of ANVOB to meet fellow supporters, enjoy a shared day out, and help spread the word about ANVOB's aims for nature and wellbeing.
